1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00pm GMT are prioritized for same-day processing whenever possible.

During peak periods (e.g. major tournaments, launches), processing may take up to 2 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
5. Order Tracking & Updates

After dispatch, we’ll send you an email containing your tracking link and courier details.

Typically, it takes 24 - 48 hours for the tracking to become active.

6. Delays & Missing Packages
If your package is delayed or missing:

Check the tracking status and confirm the address you entered.

Contact the courier using the tracking number.

If unresolved within 5 business days, contact us at support@super-shirts.io, we’ll lodge an investigation on your behalf.

If the courier confirms loss, we’ll either resend your order or issue a refund, depending on stock availability.
7. Address Changes & Cancellation

Need to correct your shipping address? Contact us at support@super-shirts.io, within 6 hours of placing your order.

After dispatch, we cannot guarantee an address change.

Orders may be cancelled (subject to stock status) before dispatch. Please notify us promptly.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery for unworn, unwashed, and defect-free jerseys.

Buyer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
